The requirements for changing your degree programme are:
- You have applied for the degree programme.
- If it is a degree programme with restricted admission, you have received an admission offer for the new degree programme.
- You have re-registered for the semester in which you want to start the new degree programme or still need to re-register, as re-registration is a prerequisite for the change of degree programme.
- The current degree programme must not be identical to the new degree programme, so it is not possible to switch to the same degree programme.
- You must upload or submit mandatory documents for enrolment, if required.
- You must not have any outstanding arrears or suspensions that would prevent enrolment.
How to apply:
Log in
Log in to the portal by entering your University Computer Centre user ID and password in the two login windows at the top right of the dark blue title bar on the start page.
Apply for a new degree programme
Apply for a different degree programme and, if required, receive an admission offer after successful review. You can view and check your application on the Application page.
Submit enrolment application
In the application portal, click on ‘Apply for enrolment’ and select ‘Change of subject or programme’. Then click on ‘Submit request of enrollment’. Before submitting the application for enrolment, you can upload documents. Mandatory documents are marked with an asterisk (*). You can temporarily save or directly submit the documents. Please note that no changes can be made after submission.
After applying for enrolment
You can can still edit the application as long as the ‘Applied for enrolment’ status is displayed.
After submitting the enrolment application and uploading the required documents under ‘Upload documents’, the application to change your degree programme will be reviewed by our student services.
