Step: Download the SaRa-Tool:The required tool can be found in the following link: SaRa-Tool Once you have successfully downloaded the tool, run it to install it. Wait until the installation is successful, then the SaRa tool will open. 2. Step: Running The SaRa-ToolFirst accept the data protection conditions of the SaRa tool. Then log in with your Microsoft 365 account. The SaRa tool then starts analysing the problem status. Follow the steps that now appear after the analysis. After you have followed the previous steps, a troubleshooting option will appear, which you should follow. After the last troubleshooting, you can reopen your Microsoft 365 application and log in again. Now, you should be able to log into your account without problems using your Uni-mail and the corresponding Microsoft Office 365 - password.
