If you are enrolled as a student and are working as teacher at the University of Jena at the same time, please note that in order to use this function you first need to change to the teacher role and then change back to the student role (see also What should I do if I experience problems creating PDF files?).


If International students wish to extend their residence permit but have exceeded the standard period of study, they must submit a certificate of study progress to their Immigration Office. Please use the Studienprognose form that you can find at https://www.uni-jena.de/en/studies-international-forms#residencepermit.
