Requirements- an active user account from the IT Center of the University of Jena
- Internet connection
Request a personal certificateFirst click on the following link (https://www.stw-thueringen.de/finanzen/deutschlandticket/) to go to the website of the Studienwerk Thüringen. Then click on "Deutschandsemesterticket". 
Then scroll down slightly and click on "Ticket Retrieval". 
After automatically scrolling down, click on "Ticket Retrieval" again. 
After the redirection, select the Friedrich Schiller University and confirm with "ok". 
Then log in briefly with the URZ abbreviation and the respective password. 
Check all data again and click "Accept". 
Next, click on "Activate semester ticket" 
Finally, read through everything again and note down important information (6-digit PIN) and enter it in the My Jena app to access the ticket. Follow all further steps in the window.
