If you have the examiner role, you can appoint an examiner support under the Personal Data menu item. They can substitute you, entering grades and registering examinees for resits on your behalf. The examiner support role has the same rights as the examiner role.

Under the Substitute tab, click on New, select the person that should substitute you and click on Save.

For security reasons, the number of examiner support people is limited to maximum 3 people. If you, nevertheless, appoint a fourth person, Friedolin will temporarily block you from appointing examiner support. In this case, please contact the Friedolin support team by submitting a request.

Each examiner support may act as such for more than just three people. Under the Personal Data menu item and the the Proxie of ... tab , you can see all the examiners that have appointed you as examiner support. You aren't allowed to assign yourself as examiner support to examiners.
