Rooms of another unit (that are not centrally managed) can only be allocated to a date of your course by the departmental administrator of the other unit. Before that, assign the course to the other unit under the Assign to Institutions tab and ask the responsible departmental administrator to allocate the room.

If this doesn't work out, submit a request with to the Friedolin support team, specifying the course number and the room to be allocated.
