Vor Beginn der Arbeite am Institut für Angewandte Physik sind ein paar organisatorische Dinge zu erledigen. Diese Anmeldung umfasst die Erfassung der Daten neuer Mitarbeiter für die Anmeldung zur Sicherheitsbelehrung, Ausstellung eines Transponders (Schlüssel), der IT-Zugänge, die Registrierung auf der IAP Webseite sowie auf internen Listen (z.B. Telefonliste ...).

1. Für die Anmeldung sind durch den neuen Mitarbeiter und den Betreuer dieses Formular auszufüllen und durch den Arbeitsgruppenleiter gegenzuzeichnen.
2. Das vom Arbeitsgruppenleiter unterschriebene Formular ist über den ServiceDesk hier einzureichen. Die Einreichung sollte durch den neuen Mitarbeiter erfolgen. Für die Anmeldung ist ein URZ-Login notwendig. Sollten Sie noch kein URZ-Login besitzen, lesen Sie bitte hier.

Die nachfolgenden Punkte werden im Rahmen der Anmeldung bearbeitet:

1. Anmeldung zu den Sicherheitsbelehrungen
   • Termine zu
   Sicherheitsbelehrung, Erteilung der IT-Zugänge, Ausstellung des Transponders und Registrierung auf der IAP-Webseite erfolgt automatisch

2. Ausgabe des Transponders
   • Eine Ausgabe des Transponders ist erst nach abgeschlossener Sicherheitsbelehrung möglich
3. Ausgabe IT-Zugangsdaten für das IAP
   • Ausgabe der IT-Zugangsdaten ist nur mit einer gültigen Berechtigung für die IT-Infrastruktur zur Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena
4. Mitarbeitererfassung
   • Es werden Daten wie Büronummer, Bürotelefonnummer, E-Mail usw. für die IAP-Webseite erfasst

Der Anmeldeprozess startet mit Absenden der Anmeldung und erfolgt automatisch und kann einige Tage dauern. Gegebenenfalls werden Sie zu Rückfragen per E-Mail auf Ihre Universitätsadresse informiert.

Before starting beginning work at the Institute for Applied Physics, a few organizational things have to be donetasks must be completed. To register, the new employee and the supervisor must fill out this form and countersign it with the work group leader.
The form signed by the working group leader must be submitted to the ServiceDesk here. The submission should be made by the new employee. A URZ login is required for registration. If you do not yet have a URZ login, please read here.

The following points are processed as part of the registration:

1. Registration for safety instructions, granting IT access, issuance of the transponder and registration on the IAP website takes place automaticallythe safety instructions

2. Output of the transponder
   • The transponder can only be issued after the safety briefing has been completed
3. Output of IT access data for the IAP
   • The IT access data is only issued with a valid authorization for the IT infrastructure of the Friedrich Schiller University Jena
4. employee registration
   • Data such as office number, office phone number, e-mail, etc. are collected for the IAP web page

The registration process starts when the registration is sent and is automatic and can take a few days. If necessary, you will be informed of any queries by e-mail to your university address.
