You can apply for de-registration as follows:
Log in to the portal by entering your University Computer Centre user ID and password in the two login windows at the top right of the dark blue title bar on the start page.

Use the Requests tile on the home page.

Select the application for de-registration.


The de-registration date is automatically filled. You can set it to today's date or a future date.

Select the reason for de-registration.

Submit the application
The processing and approval status of your application is visible.

Once you have successfully de-registered, your certificate of de-registration will be available to download and print in the Application decisions and Reports section.
