Multiple applications may occur if participants have applied for a course by mistake both through the Schedule of classes and the Apply for modules / Cancel application function. In the automatic allocation of course places, however, they are admitted only once. The status of the other applications for registration is set to ST.

If the participant has applied for registration only through the application for modules function (Apply for modules / Cancel application), the multiple application may indicate a duplication in the module catalogue: The course has been assigned multiple times to one or several units of a module. In this case, too, the participants are addmited only once in the automatic allocation of course places.

If you have questions about the representation of modules in the module catalogue, please contact the module leader (whose contact details you will find in the module description in the respective module catalogue) or the programme's academic advisor (who you will find on the programme's page, see all the programmes here).
