Als beruflich Qualifizierte:r ohne Hochschulzugangsberechtigung und Inhaber:in einer Zulassung zum Probestudium können Sie sich über die beruflich Qualifiziertenquote auf einen Studienplatz im 1. Fachsemester der Staatsexamens-Studiengänge Medizin, Zahnmedizin und/oder Pharmazie bewerben.

Halten Sie dazu bitte folgende Unterlagen bereit:

• Abschlusszeugnis sowie Berufsurkunde Ihrer Berufsausbildung
• Nachweis über Ihre Berufstätigkeit
• Bescheid über die Zulassung zum Probestudium an der Uni Jena

Sie können sich für einen Studienstart im Wintersemester vom 1. Mai bis 15. Juli über die beruflich Qualifiziertenquote bewerben.

Rufen Sie https://friedolin2.uni-jena.de auf.

Klicken Sie auf den Reiter „Bewerben“ und anschließend auf die Schaltfläche „Bewerben Sie sich jetzt“, um sich zu registrieren.

Melden Sie sich nach erfolgreicher Registrierung im Portal an.

Klicken Sie im Portlet „Studienbewerbung Beruflich Qualifizierte (Probestudium)“ auf die Schaltfläche „Bewerbung für Quote Beruflich Qualifizierte (Probestudium) starten“.

Das System führt Sie durch den Bewerbungsprozess. Wählen Sie aus, dass Sie E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen erhalten möchten.

Bestätigen Sie, dass Sie sich auf das vorausgewählte Semester bewerben möchten.

Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche „Bewerbungsantrag für Beruflich Qualifizierte hinzufügen“.

Sie werden vom System aufgefordert, die erforderlichen Angaben zu machen und die oben genannten Dokumente hochzuladen. Prüfen Sie am Ende Ihre Angaben und geben Sie Ihre Bewerbung ab.

Das Studierenden-Service-Zentrum wird Ihre Bewerbung prüfen, Sie über automatische E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen auf dem Laufenden halten und Ihnen am Ende einen Bescheid mit dem Ergebnis des Studienplatz-Vergabeverfahrens zum Abruf bereitstellen.

As an applicant without a university entrance qualification but with vocational qualifications and an admission to the Pathway Programme, you may apply for a place on the first semester of the state examination degree programmes in Medicine, Dentistry and/or Pharmacy under the quota for applicants with vocational qualifications.

Please have the following documents ready:

• Certificate of completion from your vocational training
• Proof of professional experience
• Letter of admission to the Pathway Programme at the University of Jena

You can apply to study at the University of Jena from 1 May to 15 July for the winter semester under the quota for applicants with vocational qualifications.

Go to https://friedolin2.uni-jena.de.

Click on the ‘Apply’ tab and then on the ‘Apply now!’ button to register.

Once you have successfully registered, log in to the portal.

In the ‘Application for applicants with vocational qualifications (pathway programme)’ portlet, click on the ‘Start your application under the quota for applicants with vocational qualifications (pathway programme).’ button.

The system will guide you through the application process. Please select the option to receive email notifications.

Please confirm that you wish to apply for the pre-selected semester.

Click on the button ‘Add an application under the quota for applicants with vocational qualifications’.

The system will prompt you to enter the required details and upload the documents listed above. At the end, please check your details and submit your application.

The Student Services Centre will review your application, keep you updated via automatic email notifications, and ultimately make a letter of decision available for you to download.
