Room calendars, like the calendars for the seminar rooms of the Abbe Center of Photonics, can be observed by registered users.
This will gain read permission only unless you are approved for it.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the OWA mail client on your favorite browser
    1. Link: https://owa.uni-jena.de
    2. Log in with your credentials
    3. Note: If you are forwarded to webmail.uni-jena.de, you need to convert your mail account first
  2. Open Calendar
  3. Click Add calendar and From directory
  4. Type acp_rk in the From directory field
    1. Optional: You can also type or copy the addresses in the infobox below to the From directory field for a direct subscription
  5. Select Search Directory to see all room calendars for the Abbe Center of Photonics
  6. Select the room you like to subscribe to
