Es ist nicht möglich, Anträge zu bearbeiten, deren Prüfung durch die Sachbearbeitung bereits abgeschlossen ist und die im Status „Gültig“ sind. Außerdem können Sie keine Bewerbungsbestandteile bearbeiten, die abschließend geprüft worden sind und im Prüfstatus „Korrekt“ sind.

Zur Bearbeitung müssen Sie Ihren Antrag vorläufig zurückziehen. Klicken Sie im Fenster des bereits abgegebenen Antrags, den Sie bearbeiten möchten, auf die Schaltfläche „Antrag zurückziehen und bearbeiten“.

Es öffnet sich ein Dialogfenster, welches Sie daran erinnert, bis wann die erneute Abgabe des Antrags möglich ist. Bestätigen Sie, dass Sie den Antrag wirklich zurückziehen möchten.

Sie können Ihren Antrag nun bearbeiten. Das System führt Sie von Bewerbungsbestandteil zu Bewerbungsbestandteil. Sie können nur jene Bewerbungsbestandteile bearbeiten, die von der Sachbearbeitung noch nicht final geprüft worden sind. Am Ende wird Ihnen der gesamte Antrag angezeigt. Scrollen Sie nach ganz unten, bestätigen Sie per Klick in das Ankreuzkästchen die Richtigkeit Ihrer Angaben und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche „Antrag abgeben“.

Solange Sie Ihren Antrag zurückgezogen haben und bearbeiten, wird er von unserer Sachbearbeitung nicht weiterbearbeitet.

Yes, it is possible to edit your application after you have submitted it. You can upload missing or additional documents or change details.

However, this is only possible before the end of the application or enrolment period or a late submission period.

It is not possible to edit applications that have already been reviewed by us and whose status has been set to Valid. You also cannot edit application components that we have finally reviewed and that have the review status Correct.

To edit your application, you must withdraw it. In the window of the application you have already submitted and wish to edit, click on the ‘Withdraw and edit application’ button.

A dialogue will open, reminding you of the deadline for resubmitting the application. Confirm that you really want to withdraw the application.

You can now edit your application. The system guides you through each step of the application process. You can only edit those components of the application that have not yet been finally reviewed by us. At the end, you will be displayed the entire application. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, confirm that your details are correct by ticking the box, and click on the ‘Submit application’ button.

As long as you have withdrawn your application and are editing it, we will not further process it.
