• ein aktives Login der Universität Jena (des Universitätsrechenzentrums)
• Internetverbindung
• Microsoft Outlook 2016, 2019, 2021 oder 365 unter Windows
• Exchange-Postfach der Uni Jena eingebunden in Outlook

Lösung und Umsetzung

Verantwortlich dafür ist eine durch den Hersteller implementierte Änderung an den Outlook-Produkten.

Folgender Registry-Eintrag muss entweder manuell erstellt oder importiert werden:

Importieren der vorgefertigten Registry-Datei, die den Eintrag für Sie setzt:

Laden Sie folgende Datei herunter: 

DisableO365ep.reg

Öffnen Sie die Datei durch Doppelklick und bestätigen Sie den sich öffnenden Dialog mit "Ja".

Manuelles Erstellen des Registry-Eintrags:

1. Öffnen Sie den Registrierungs-Editor, indem Sie im Startmenü "regedit.exe" eintippen.
2. Navigieren Sie zu folgendem Pfad: 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\autodiscover

1. Erstellen Sie folgenden Wert:

DWORD: ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint
Value = 1

Solution and implementation

Responsible for this is a change to the Outlook products implemented by the manufacturer.

The following registry entry must be either created manually or imported:

Option 1: Import the pre-made registry file that sets the entry for you:

Download the following file:

DisableO365ep.reg

Open the file by double-clicking on it and confirm the opening dialog with "Yes".

Option 2: Manually create the registry entry:

1. Open the Registry Editor by typing "regedit.exe" in the Start menu.
2. Navigate to the following path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\autodiscover.

1. Create the following value:

DWORD: ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint
Value = 1
