Ab Seit 18. November 2025 wird die Studierendenverwaltung neben dem bestehenden bestehenden  

• System Friedolin 1.0 auch 
• im neuen  System Friedolin 2.0 (HISinOne) organisiert.

D.h. Studierende der Uni Jena nutzen derzeit 2 Systeme für das Studium, solange bis das System Friedolin 2.0 (HISinOne) vollumfassend eingeführt ist.

Was finden Sie in Friedolin 1.0 und 2.0? 

• System Friedolin 1.0:
  u.a. Vorlesungsverzeichnis, Lehrveranstaltungsbelegung, Modulkataloge, Prüfungsverwaltung (z.B. Notenansicht)
• System Friedolin 2.0:
  u.a. Studienplatz-Bewerbungen, Studienplatz-Zulassungen, Online-Anträge (Beurlaubung, Rückerstattung von Gebühren etc.)

Login 

Sie müssen sich nur einmal einloggen (Single Sign-On - SSO) und können dann mühelos zwischen beiden Systemen wechseln.

Ihre aktuelle Rolle (Bewerber/in oder vorläufige/r Student/in oder Studierende/r) finden Sie mit Klick auf das "Personen-Symbol" im oberen blauen Bereich des Systems:

From 18 November 2025, the university administration will use both the  

• Friedolin 1.0 and the 
• Friedolin 2.0 (HISinOne) systems.

This means that students at the University of Jena are currently using these two systems to manage their studies until the new Friedolin 2.0 (HISinOne) system is fully rolled out.

What can you find in Friedolin 1.0 and 2.0? 

• Friedolin 1.0 system:
  Schedule of classes, course registration, module catalogues, examination administration (e.g. view grades) etc.
• Friedolin 2.0 system:
  University applications, university admissions, online applications (leave of absence, refunds of fees, etc.)

Log-in 

You only need to log in once (single sign-on – SSO) and can then switch between both systems effortlessly.

You can find your current role (applicant, provisional student or student) by clicking on the person icon in the dark blue bar at the top of the page:
